Minimal workout

22 minutes on the treadmill - did arm weights while walking.

  • 13 minute warm up
  • 5 intervals @ 4.0 jog (40sec) 3.0 walk (40 sec)
  • cool down
  • 1.2 miles
  • 173 calories
