If at first you don't succeed, swim, swim again.

Got my ass out of bed this morning and got to the Y for my weekly swim/bike workout. (Too many people on Wednesday mornings - must get up on Mondays and go when there are fewer people.)

Swam for 30 minutes
~16 laps freestyle
~6 laps with kick board
Biked for 18 minutes
