Enough calories for a blizzard
Check me out.... two workouts in one day. ( I can take the next week off, right?)
23 minutes on the treadmill
- warm up
- 12 intervals @ 4.5 jog (30sec) 3.5 walk (45 sec)
- cool down
- 1.39 miles
- 207 calories
25 minute power walk with Christy at work this morning. I think I burned enough calories today to offset a blizzard from DQ. Be right back......
