Feeling good!

20 minutes on the treadmill
  • warm up
  • 12 intervals @ 3.5 walk (50 sec)/4.3 jog (30sec)
  • 1 minute cool down
  • 1.25 miles
  • 210 calories
Christy and I also did a 25 minute power walk at work today.
