This one's for the Cookies!

So after feasting on sugar cookies from the neighbor for lunch, a little workout was in order.
40 minutes on the treadmill
  • warm up
  • arm weights while walking
  • 20 intervals @ 4.5 jog (40sec) 3.5 walk (40 sec)
  • cool down
  • 2.5 miles
  • 386 calories
