This one's for the Cookies!
So after feasting on sugar cookies from the neighbor for lunch, a little workout was in order.
40 minutes on the treadmill
warm up
arm weights while walking
20 intervals @ 4.5 jog (40sec) 3.5 walk (40 sec)
cool down
2.5 miles
386 calories
