Back in the saddle again
After two weeks out of commission with the cold from hell I'm finally feeling good enough to start working out again. Bethany ran her half marathon at Disney today. Way to go Bethany. Proud of you girl!
34 minutes on the treadmill
- 13 minute warm up with arm weights
- 14 intervals @ 4.5 jog (40sec) 3.5 walk (40 sec)
- cool down
- 2.0 miles
- 350 calories
Yuppers! Not only did I finish my very first 1/2 marathon I did it in 3 hours and 35 minutes. Well with in the 4 hour time limit! Whoo-hoooooo!
