Feeling great.....

15 minutes on the treadmill - I've jacked up the running to 5.0 mph.  It's kicking my ass but feels great!! 
  • 10 intervals 5 MPH for 40 sec/4 MPH for 30 sec
  • 1.02 miles (every hundreth counts)
  • 162 calories burned
Worked out the arms after the run.  Need to build up strength for swimming.
