Time's a wasting

So, there is only 5 months left to train for the Firecracker Tri, that's 20 weeks.  That's actually not a lot of time.  That's only 20 swim workouts.  I need to kick it up a notch. 

20 minutes on the treadmill, no interval training, just walking to warm up & cool down.
  • 4 mph jogging
  • 1.2 miles
  • 192 calories
