Seriously, don't f' with me today

So it's another hormonal post.... I'm in so much pain right now and my legs are so weak.....  no one dares talk to me today, lest they get their head bit off.  ("Lest"?  What is this the 18th century?)  I did manage to get in some time on the treadmill this morning before the aches and pains set in.  Shit, I just remembered today is weigh in day.  I'm sure my bloating will help with this week's weight loss.  

Christy, if you're reading this, don't even bother to ask me to walk today...  a. you'll probably get your ass chewed out and b. see a.

  1. Here are some ideas... don't bite my head off:
    * Calcium-rich foods (yogurt/leafy greens)
    * Monitor (lower) salt, sugar, and caffeine
    * Take calcium and magnesium supplements
    * Add high potency B-complex
    * Try herbal supplements: viburnum opulus or cramp bark for cramping relief
