4 days without an elevated heart rate

Enough said...... weight gain of one poundat yesterday's weigh in after not working out for four days in a row.  My eating habits have gone to shit too.  Christy and I have opted to use a "health coach" through our insurance, mainly for the money added to our health savings account.  One thing my coach did want me to start doing is journaling my food.  Maybe if I force myself to put it out there for the world to read I'll start being more conscience of what's going in my mouth.

1 c. (dry) oatmeal
1/4 c. craisins
2 T Splenda brown sugar

~Lunch
1 3/4 c. mexican mix (chicken, peppers, cilantro, cheese, onion)
oh wait, that was just my appetizer.  Then I went to meet my friend John for the real lunch
1 3/4 turkey wrap with wasabi mayo
1 c. fries   can you say fat ass?  I wonder why I can't lose weight.......  no comment from you Christy.....  how's that snicker roll from DQ anyway? :)
